Welcome to Afripure. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms. We’ve kept them simple so you can get back to your skincare routine.

1. General Conditions

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to shop with us.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion (for example, if we suspect a fraudulent transaction).

2. Products and Pricing

  • Accuracy: We do our best to display our product colors and textures accurately. However, your screen settings may vary.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but the price you pay at checkout is final.

  • Availability: Our products are handmade/small-batch. If an item is out of stock after you've ordered, we will notify you and offer a full refund or a lead time for the next batch.

3. Payment and Security

  • We use secure, third-party payment gateways (like PayFast or Peach Payments).

  • Afripure does not store your credit card details on our servers.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Times: We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the courier.

  • Risk: Once the courier confirms delivery to your provided address, the "glow" belongs to you—we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.

5. Returns and Refunds

In line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA):

  • Unopened Products: You may return unopened, sealed products within 7 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping costs).

  • Defective Goods: If a product arrives damaged or causes an unexpected reaction (due to a formula defect), please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.

  • Hygiene: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

6. Limitation of Liability

Skincare is personal! While our ingredients are chosen for their purity, Afripure is not liable for individual allergic reactions. Always perform a patch test before full application. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
